- CERTIFIED ATHLETIC TRAINER -
Hello! My name is Kelly Trust. I currently live in Smyrna, Georgia with my son - who is the light and love of my life. I graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Athletic Training. While attending school, I worked with BYU Track and Field, Women’s Volleyball, Women’s Basketball, and a full in-season D1 Football rotation. All of those sports ultimately showed me a full spectrum of athletes and their daily physical/mental health needs. After graduating, I worked for two Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine who worked hand in hand with local high schools as well as handled the general population and their orthopedic needs. Life plans led me to Georgia where I spent time working for a Shoulder and Elbow surgeon and furthered my knowledge of the human body and how it heals through different approaches to medicine. Eventually a life dedicated to bodybuilding and helping the athletes around me led me to create a business that was more conducive to me being around for my son and progressing my personal career as an athlete.
For those of you who are not as familiar with what a Certified Athletic Trainer is…
From NATA.org “Using a medical-based education model, athletic training students are educated to provide comprehensive patient care in five domains of clinical practice: prevention; clinical evaluation and diagnosis; immediate and emergency care; treatment and rehabilitation; and organization and professional health and well-being.” These classes are accompanied by an extensive clinical requirement that demands they work in all types of athletic settings and with every type of athlete in and out of the training room.

After completing a Bachelor’s of Science from a CAATE accredited program, they then take a Board of Certification exam that challenges each of those categories. Only then do they receive the letters ATC which signifies they have passed the board exam and remain in good standing with the BOC. Furthermore, they are required to maintain this certification through continued education based on current research. ⚕️

These are my people. And then I went and got certified as a @grastontechnique licensed professional, a @painfreetraining coach, and have enhanced my skills in cupping and assisted stretching further through my years of practice.

Add all of that up and you get the best BODY WORK an athlete could as for. I also provide stretching and rehab programs for my clients in order to help correct common musculoskeletal injuries.
